Been without a working furnace and A/C for almost a year. Couldn't afford a replacement until I heard about a state program to assist. They recommended credit unions willing to make low interest loans and a list of certified installers.
I chose Dunham Services as they were nearby and had glowing reviews. The owner, Matt came by as soon as the application was in the works. He did an assessment and offered me to options: a replacement of the existing unit or, for a slightly price a very high efficiency gas furnace. I chose the high efficiency option as the price differential was minor When the appoint for the work was made, he told me the crew would arrive between 8 and 10 today.
A few minutes before 8 they arrived and immediately began work to remove the DOA furnace and central air system. I expected the work to take most of the day. At around 11:00 AM I began feeling heat from the registers! Before noon they had completed the installation and loaded up the old furnace and A/C to dispose of. The two gentlemen were very polite and personable and certainly very hard working. I was impressed with their speed, the quality of their work and their open and friendly personalities. I highly recommend them for any HVAC work - they're first class gentlemen and a joy to work with.
You won't be disappointed if you have them do HAVC work for you.

These guys are more service oriented, honest, organized, thorough and knowledgeable than anyone in the trades that I have ever worked with as a builder for 40 some years. I have even asked Matt to take on as many of my clients as he can handle for their hvac work. So, yeah! I recommend you call these guys when you need hvac work of any kind. I got to know Matt, the owner and the next trip I met Alistair and Ervin. All great guys who know their heat pump stuff, and how to treat customers with kindness and respect, and do the work at a great rate.
